Second visit, staff asked me to get replacement item, unable to find but staff saw me perusing in the wrong section for 10 minutes and when I said I could not find item, staff took 10 seconds to get replacement. 3rd visit still waited 10 minutes to get item part number due to staff chitchat, person behind me was helped and told to wait as well. You guys need two staff members helping customers. "
